Construction Management Foundations

Division I is the entry point into the training program at EXTANT .
This course establishes the complete foundation required to manage construction projects from concept through completion while introducing students to technology-driven project management environments.

Students learn how construction projects are structured, how trades interact, how schedules and budgets are built, and how project decisions are made in real time. The goal of this division is to ensure every student understands the full construction lifecycle and can confidently coordinate a project from planning through final turnover. Unlike traditional classroom programs, this course is delivered through an immersive technology environment that replicates active construction sites and real project scenarios.
